On Public Holidays our day spa is closed.
So that we can provide you with a memorable experience at our day spa, advance bookings are always advised. We CANNOT guarantee availability, particularly for couple’s treatments, with last minute enquiries.
Please endeavour to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, so that your intake form can be completed and your treatment discussed. Please be punctual … arriving late may necessitate a shortened treatment.
All bookings require a credit card confirmation. 48 hours’ notice is required if booking is to be postponed or cancelled. If less than 48 hours notification is given, or an appointment is not taken up, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost will be charged.
