We welcome you Wednesday through Saturday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
To preserve our peaceful atmosphere, all services are strictly by appointment only, for both in-house residents and visiting non-house guests.
Please note that our day spa functions exclusively as a hands-on treatment facility; we do not offer non-treatment-based amenities or standalone spa facilities.
Couples Bookings
To ensure a guaranteed couples experience in our shared treatment room, a minimum duration of 120 minutes per person is required. Shorter, side-by-side treatments may be accommodated if they seamlessly align with existing bookings before or after your requested time slot. We highly recommend our 2-hour premium journeys to fully secure your private, uninterrupted time together.
Booking Procedure
To design a flawless and memorable experience, advance reservations are highly recommended. Last-minute requests cannot guarantee placement, particularly for our highly sought-after couples treatments.
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete your lifestyle intake form and consult with your therapist.
Reservations: A valid credit card is required to secure and confirm all day spa bookings.
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours' notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation. Cancellations or modifications made with less than 48 hours' notification will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked treatment cost. The 50% cancellation fee will also apply to any scheduled appointments that are not taken up on the day.

Packages are available Wednesday to Saturday for both individuals and couples.
